This is part of a special collection designed from vintage sequin pieces from all over the world.  Each one of these is  unique, this one is mostly black, and is whip stitched with a rainbow colored yarn.  It is silk chiffon and sequins, and has adjustable snake embossed leather ties to fit many sizes.
